We’re back! Our first film club was such a success that we’re going again - this time screening another of my favourites from 2023 - Past Lives.
Past Lives is a film about inexpressible feelings and undefinable relationships - but it also explores feelings of home, migration, and longing for a place that you left. It’s a perfect one for the feels Film Club which is focussing on relationships this year. The event is in association with Soho House and will be at their Shoreditch screening room at 7pm on Thursday 18th April.
After the screening, I will be joined by digital creator and Korean ambassador for culture Becky Smith, known as Hanguk Hapa online, and Deputy Editor/Cultural Director of Elle UK Lena de Casparis for an informal and intimate discussion.
You can fill out this form if you’d like to join us. Spaces will be issued on a first-come-first-serve basis and the feels paid subscribers will receive priority. You can write in the comments section of the form if you would like to bring a +1, I will accommodate where I can, but please also indicate if you would be happy for just one seat. I will send you an email in the next week if you have a space.
Can’t wait to see you!
